Mrs. Yates has been with Quality Management for five years, four years at Metropolitan St. Louis Psychiatric Center as a Quality Assurance Specialist and one year as Assistant Director. At the time of the presentation, Tara Yates will be Yellow Belt certified by Strategic Operating Systems and Green Belt certified by the Joint Commission for Transforming Healthcare.
