Andrew Shaughnessy stated working for PROMO in 2010 as a Senior Field Organizer, but is currently the Manager of Public Policy. Originally from Ste. Genevieve, MO, Andrew holds his BA in Philosophy from Missouri State University and an MA in Human Rights from the University College London.
