Ryan R. Lindsay, MSW, LCSW is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of the St. Louis Center for Family Development, LLC. STLCFD provides high quality mental health services in order to improve the lives of individuals in the St. Louis region. Through innovative, state-of-the-art, trauma-informed interventions, STLCFD has been able to touch the lives of over 300 individuals and families per year. STLCFD’s training institute provides consultation and skill development programs for providers and organizations wishing to adopt a trauma-informed organizational culture and/or wishing to adopt evidence-based treatments. Mr. Lindsay has led several large scale and organizational implementation efforts to adopt, train, and support evidence-based mental health treatments in various settings. In addition to his work at STLCFD, Mr. Lindsay is also the Assistant Dean for Social Work, an Associate Professor of Practice and Mental Health Concentration Chair at the George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis.
