Duke, Jeremy, MA, LPC

Jeremy Duke, LPC owns Individual, Marriage & Family Counseling in Columbia, and has been in private counseling practice for more than 20 years; he has successfully grown his solo practice into a thriving group practice of 10 clinicians. In addition to providing individual, couple’s, and group therapy, Mr. Duke supervises provisionally licensed counselors and practicum and internship students.
Mr. Duke is the Regional Coordinator of the Missouri Physicians Health Program (MPHP) providing services to physicians and other health care providers through the Missouri chapter of the American Medical Association.
In addition to private practice, Mr. Duke has previously served as Assistant Director, Senior Counselor, and Residential Clinical Manager of Phoenix Programs, Inc.

Lauren Eisleben is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri specializing in substance use treatment, couple’s counseling, and family systems trauma. She is the Clinical Director of The Intensive, an Intensive Outpatient Program within the Columbia, MO private practice, Individual, Marriage & Family Counseling.
Lauren has been a presenter at the Missouri Addiction Counselors’ Association Fall 2023 Conference, frequently facilitates trainings associated with ICEEFT (International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy), and regularly supervises practicum and internship students in the field of counseling.
Prior to her work in the field of mental health, Lauren was an adjunct professor at the University of Missouri School of Journalism and was an active board member of City of Refuge, a non-profit organization supporting immigrants and refugees in mid-Missouri.

I am a licensed psychologist. I earned a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling (2000) and a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology (2005) from the University of Missouri. I have worked in community mental health, addiction treatment, dual diagnosis, university counseling, and private practice settings. I have also provided continuing education for licensed professionals and consulted with agencies, practices, and organizations. I am currently on faculty at MU, providing clinical training to Master’s and Doctoral students in Counseling Psychology.

Keith Ray Mackie is an expert in helping people conceive and achieve their Simple Dreams by developing thoughts, habits, and daily disciplines for success.
Mackie’s been a consultant to chief operating officers, politicians, and high performers, as well as other’s who seek peaceful satisfaction in their lives.
Mackie provides Crisis Stabilization and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through EVOLVE IOP, an intensive outpatient program, and is a Simple Dreams coach.

Hendricks, Deb, BA

Deb Hendricks is currently working in DMH’s Office of Disaster Services focusing her efforts on emergency preparedness for individuals with I/DDs and the providers who work with them. She is also the parent of a son with Down syndrome.
She has created guidebooks for individuals and providers that lead them, step by step, through the process of creating an individualized emergency preparedness plan, as well as training in how to use the guidebooks. She is also focusing on training emergency responders about the individuals with I/DDs’ reactions to disasters.

Racheal Ward is the Grant Development Officer, Grant Management and Supervisor for the Firearm Suicide Prevention Grant, and Project Director for the CMHC Grant initiative: Coordinated Solutions at FCC Behavioral Health. She has been with the agency for a little over 9 years. Previously, she has held the positions of Program Director of Youth Mental Health and CPRC Services and Clinical Manager of the Stabilization & Crisis Program (now the Behavioral Health Clinic). As the Grant Development Officer, Racheal is responsible for the writing and development of various grant opportunities for FCC Behavioral Health. As the Program Director for Youth CPRC, Racheal was instrumental in working with local school districts to develop a comprehensive school-based program that has spread to many of the school districts in the FCC Behavioral Health catchment area. Under her leadership, the Youth Mental Health Program, known as Youth STAR, grew from a census of 270 to over 1200 active clients.

Scott O’Kelley has been with Missouri Department of Corrections since 2011, first monitoring behavioral health services and currently serving as Assistant Division Director for Behavioral Health, overseeing mental health, substance use, and sexual offense treatment for incarcerated residents and parolees and probationers. A Licensed Professional Counselor, Scott also teaches forensic psychology at Westminster College. Prior to joining the Department of Corrections, O’Kelley worked in community mental health in Kansas City, Jefferson City, and Columbia.

Karin Kitson has worked with individuals with substance use and criminal justice involvement since 2007. She joined the Gateway team in 2017 in the RRMAT Program (Reducing Recidivism through Medication Assisted Treatment), educating pre-release clients on MAT options, coordinating with DOC and other partners for pre-release MAT, and arranging warm-handoffs to aftercare in their home communities. In 2023 Gateway Foundation’s RRMAT program has reached their 10th year providing these services across the state of Missouri. Karin continues to strive to create partnerships and connections to empower clients in long-term success in their recovery, their families, and their communities.

David Baker is the director of Missouri Assistive Technology, Missouri’s federally funded state assistive technology program. David’s interest and involvement in assistive technology began nearly 30 years ago when he had the pleasure of working with an individual who was using one of the first commercially available augmentative communication devices. Fascinated with what adapted technology can do to level the playing field and open opportunities, David has devoted his entire professional career to the incorporation of assistive technology into the daily lives of individuals with disabilities. David has held a variety of positions that have seen him involved in all facets of assistive technology including training, program development and program management. He has presented widely on both the state and national level. His areas of expertise include assistive technology in educational settings, accessible educational materials and assistive technology in employment settings.
