Sarah Earll: Sarah Earll was the Assistant Director of the St. Louis Empowerment Center, a peer-run drop in Center for 12 years and for the past 3 years she has been the Co-Director. For the past 10 years, she has had the opportunity to be an adjunct professor at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She is a Certified Missouri Peer Specialist and has been a trainer for the Peer Specialist program for the past 6 years.  Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, TX and a Masters of Fine Arts from Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL.
